Netcompany is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in the United Kingdom to design, deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions that address real client needs. You will work with data scientists, engineers and consultants across the full development lifecycle, from data preparation to production monitoring.

The role emphasizes MLOps, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and mentorship, with a hybrid working model and generous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for security clearance required.
• Strong Python and C# programming skills; SQL or R is a plus.
• Experience with cloud AI services and ML libraries is essential.
• Hands-on ML/DL with model evaluation and monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and consultants across the full lifecycle.
• Develop end-to-end MLOps pipelines for production deployment.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote ethical AI and governance in development and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the group.
