Netcompany is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions. You will work with data scientists and engineers across the full lifecycle from data prep to production monitoring. The role emphasises scalable MLOps, governance, and collaboration with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C#; SQL or R is a plus.
• Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
• Hands-on with ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of algorithms including regression, trees, forests, XGBoost, k-means, anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain AI/ML solutions across data prep, model development and production deployment.
• Contribute to data science and ML projects under senior guidance and across the full lifecycle.
• Develop observability and monitoring for AI systems; ensure governance and explainability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into technical components.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers; promote best practices and learning.
