Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning and AI solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to deliver end-to-end outcomes from data prep to production deployment.

You will apply ML techniques, build scalable AI pipelines, and mentor junior teammates while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices across client projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C#. SQL or R is a plus.
• Experience with cloud AI services (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms and evaluation concepts like overfitting, bias, cross-validation.
• Experience developing end-to-end observability and monitoring for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of data science and AI solutions for client requirements.
• Modeling and analysis applying ML techniques to business problems.
• Build, test, and deploy ML models; contribute to MLOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to communicate findings.
• Ensure ethical AI and governance compliance in development.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
