Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to own paid video across Kraken Consumer launches and campaigns. You will ideate, produce and ship multi-market assets, leveraging AI as a core production method while maintaining a strong craft bar and fast turnaround.

You will work with the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, and collaborate across Product Marketing, Compliance and regional teams to ensure approvals without compromising the idea.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
• A portfolio submitted with your application including two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece and a note on tooling.
• Real video skills from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
• High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling; shipped work to show for it.
• Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube with rationale for each build.
• Experience in a structured creative testing program; fluency in metrics like thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
• Fluency in internet/meme culture with quick turnarounds and ability to adapt to regulatory constraints.
• Solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text; plain language and value-first messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
• Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform-specific specs.
• Concept and cut performance video to ship complete cross-format sets.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and maintain iterative workflows.
• Bring ideas to briefs and develop culturally timely, internet-native concepts.
• Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements.
• Design with testing in mind; interpret results to inform next hooks, concepts and cuts.
• Flex into AI-assisted static when needed and keep brand baselines intact.
• Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get approvals without losing ideas.
• Maintain a high craft bar and clean file organization for reuse.
