Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking an experienced Creative Lead/Director to own the creative direction across brand, design, motion, video, copy and web. You will lead a 7-person studio and balance hands-on craft with scalable production, using AI tools to meet growth demands while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

You will partner with Growth/Digital Acquisition and Product to ensure templated, scalable processes without compromising quality, IP or regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven creative leadership in high-growth in-house or premium agency environments.
• Hands-on craft across brand, copy, design and motion/video.
• Experience embedding AI tools into creative workflows and high-volume production.
• Experience leading a multi-discipline studio serving brand and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain creative direction across brand, copy, design, motion/video, and web.
• Lead a 7-person team across copy, design, motion/video and web; manage in-house production and external agencies.
• Own production process end-to-end; balance template/aide tooling with bespoke creative input; drive AI adoption.
