Taktile GmbH is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive AI adoption in financial services. You will own the pipeline, quality leads and engage mid-market to enterprise prospects worldwide, supported by our evolving AI tools.

The role emphasizes creativity, proactive outreach, and strong communication to generate high-quality opportunities while collaborating with marketing, growth, and sales teams. Office presence in London or Berlin is available.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a fast-growing startup or 2–3+ years in finance/consulting/engineering
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, lemlist or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Growth mindset and curiosity about AI and financial services

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory and outreach to strategic prospects to generate high-intent opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
• Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives
• Lead our attendance at major conferences and host dinners to meet industry leaders across the world
• Collaborate with the marketing, growth, and sales teams, and bring in leads applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT
• Be supported by an ever-developing AI toolstack to automate the busywork and focus on using your brain
• Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads
