Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the Taktile Platform, focusing on enterprise and agentic foundations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably owning platform topics in B2B SaaS or AI products.
• Strong technical depth; comfortable discussing cloud infrastructure, authentication and authorization, and high-availability systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and long-term success of the platform and enterprise foundations.
• Define a compelling long-term platform vision and prioritize the roadmap to achieve it.
• Translate customer insights into concrete product requirements and balance innovation with reliability and security.
• Act as voice of the platform across product, engineering, and GTM teams; collaborate with security and customer-facing teams.
• Track adoption and performance of platform capabilities and identify iteration opportunities.
