Job summary

Taktile enables financial institutions to transform into AI-native organizations powered by autonomous agents. We’re growing with enterprise customers and seek a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead AI-driven deployments in production, shaping architectures and delivering across multiple projects.

You’ll collaborate with product and GTM teams, craft scalable tools, and drive customer-facing technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work.
• Strong technical background in CS, Mathematics, SE, Physics or Data Science.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; solid REST API design & integration skills.
• Able to break down complex problems and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Skilled at building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model from London or Berlin offices (3+ days/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI-driven deployments in production across multiple projects.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic and deploy production-grade AI agents.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
• Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into product insights.
• Develop reusable resources and tools to scale forward-deployed engineering.
