Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director of Commercial Enablement and Solutions to build and lead the 3PL Commercial Enablement and Solutions capability. The role focuses on BI strategy, scalable solutions, and strong stakeholder relationships to drive growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will design and implement dashboards, govern data integrity, and manage complex projects from concept through adoption, partnering with Commercial, IT, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial BI strategy and execution for the 3PL organization.
• Define KPIs and design dashboards for insights into performance, customer trends, and efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision‑making and growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and inform strategic priorities.
• Manage BI reporting, ensure data integrity and governance.
• Lead scalable solutions development addressing customer needs and adoption.
• Coordinate cross‑functional solution design workshops and business cases.
• Develop and maintain the commercial solutions roadmap and governance.
