Job summary
Infinite Talent in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on AI, data, and digital logistics to drive transformation across a global 3PL operation. You will bridge business needs with data analytics, AI/ML, and automation to modernize complex supply chains.
You will work on client portal integrations, data pipelines, and KPI dashboards, collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in 3PL/logistics or regulated environments is required.
- Hands-on exposure to Databricks, Power BI, and external-facing B2B portals.
- Experience with B2B/B2C client integration middleware (Axway is highly desirable).
- Proven background implementing AI, automation, or data analytics solutions in live environments using Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Data-Driven AI and Digital Innovation: Champion AI/ML, RPA, and process mining across operational programs; define data pipelines for AI/ML models and oversee PoCs.
- Business Analysis and Data Modeling: Elicit requirements, perform root-cause analyses, and translate needs into user stories and data models for Agile teams.
- Client Integration and Portal Optimization: Drive integration of external-facing client portals and ensure robust middleware connections across supply networks.
- Analytics and Stakeholder Management: Design Power BI/Tableau dashboards for leadership and act as liaison between business owners and technical teams.
