Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, and courier partners.
Maintain standardised processes for inbound, warehousing, fulfilment, and returns.
Track KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch performance, inventory accuracy, and inbound timelines.
Monitor stock movements and ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketplace, Finance, and Operations teams.
