Job summary

Infinite Talent in London (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive AI and digital transformation for a leading 3PL. You will identify automation opportunities and design AI-augmented workflows to modernise complex supply chains.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, creating user stories and specs for Agile teams, and partnering with data engineers on dashboards and predictive models to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3PL or highly regulated logistics experience.
• Experience with WMS platforms and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Manhattan WMS experience is essential.
• Proven AI/automation or analytics implementations in live operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI/ML, RPA, and process mining across programs.
• Elicit requirements and translate needs into user stories and functional specs for Agile teams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, build executive business cases, and drive change/adoption initiatives.
• Design actionable Power BI/Tableau dashboards and collaborate on predictive modeling requirements.

The Opportunity

Positioned at the intersection of logistics, technology, and AI, you will drive digital transformation across a leading 3PL enterprise. You'll identify automation opportunities, leverage predictive analytics, and design AI-augmented workflows to modernise complex, high-value supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• AI and Digital Innovation: Champion AI/ML, RPA, and process mining across operational programs. Design workflows, oversee PoCs, and drive adoption of low-code tools (Power Platform).
• Business Analysis: Elicit requirements, conduct gap analyses, and translate complex operational needs into user stories and functional specs for Agile teams.
• Stakeholder and Change Management: Act as the primary tech liaison for operational leads, build executive business cases, and lead change/adoption initiatives.
• Data and Analytics: Design actionable Power BI/Tableau dashboards and collaborate with data engineering teams on predictive modeling requirements.

What You Bring

• Supply Chain Experience: Background in 3PL or highly regulated, complex logistics environments.
• Tech Capabilities: Exposure to tier-1 enterprise WMS platforms and modern Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Manhattan experience is essential
• Digital Track Record: Proven experience implementing AI, automation, or analytics solutions in live operational settings.
