Deloitte Operations is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the CLIENT AI Programme, operating within a hybrid London setup. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to shape AI-enabled capabilities, define use cases, user stories and measurable outcomes for autonomous AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Substantial business analysis experience across end-to-end lifecycle within a structured environment.
Experience supporting complex projects or programmes, or within a BA team on complex initiatives.
Ability to manage uncertain environments and challenge where needed.
Strong facilitation skills to challenge SMEs on As-Is and To-Be processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication translating business requirements into outcomes.
Strong business acumen and rapid domain knowledge building.
Innovative mindset focusing on process improvement and problem solving.
Ability to translate policies into practical processes and tools.
Experience implementing Agentic AI and AI-enabled solutions.
Experience defining AI governance, fairness and bias mitigation requirements.

Responsabilités

Elicit requirements, document use cases and acceptance criteria, and model as-is and to-be processes.
Identify risks and issues and contribute to mitigation planning.
Manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
Design autonomous AI system interactions with human-in-the-loop prompts and user stories.
Break complex workflows into sequences executable by AI agents.
Define decision thresholds, override paths and validation points.
Design guardrails for ethical, transparent AI decision making.
Evaluate potential harms and impacts on vulnerable groups.
Define fairness criteria and track bias mitigation over time.
Monitor evolving output biases in AI-enabled solutions.
