The Caspian One is seeking a Business Analyst for an AI-focused transformation with Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot integration in a major London-based project. Hybrid working arrangement and an 8-month contract inside IR35 start 1st November.

You will engage stakeholders, map processes, and translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions while ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Proven track record delivering technology change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across both business and technology teams.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation capabilities.
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments.
• Ability to challenge, influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Agentic AI or AI transformation initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and opportunities for AI-driven transformation
• Gather, document and manage business and functional requirements
• Analyse operating models, workflows and business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across business, technology, risk and compliance teams
• Support the assessment and enhancement of existing AI solutions and use cases
• Work closely with engineers and project leads to translate business requirements into delivery plans
• Support testing, validation and business readiness activities
• Produce process documentation, operating procedures and user guidance

• Support the ongoing prioritisation of enhancements and new AI initiatives

Business Analyst - Agentic AI & Microsoft Copilot

London | Hybrid Working | 8-month Contract, Inside IR35 | Start Date: 1st November

We're partnering with a leading global investment bank on a strategic AI transformation programme focused on expanding Agentic AI capabilities across the organisation.

As part of a specialist delivery team, you'll help shape how AI-powered solutions are deployed, governed and scaled. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology and emerging AI capabilities, requiring someone who can engage senior stakeholders, analyse complex processes and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

The programme has already completed an initial phase of work and is now entering a critical stage focused on establishing governance, assessing existing AI capabilities and driving the next wave of AI adoption across the bank.

Key Responsibilities
