Job summary

Reward is seeking an Insights Tech Lead to drive analytical product development and automation across Insight Solutions. You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact data products, collaborating with Engineering and Data Product teams to scale capabilities and enable fast decision-making.

The role combines deep engineering with business acumen to accelerate innovation, standardise processes and deliver best-in-class client insights at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Analytics/Engineering, BI, or software engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise analytics and automation solutions.
• Experience turning ideas into validated, adopted proof-of-concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance Reward's analytics through automation and scalable products.
• Design and validate proof-of-concept data products for business challenges.
• Prototype using cloud tech and AI tooling for rapid value delivery.
• Collaborate with Insight Solutions, Engineering and Data Product teams.
• Promote AI adoption and engineering best practices across teams.
