Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data, AI, architecture, analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience delivering secure, global data solutions.
• Experience as a global data platform architect/platform lead.
• Proven delivery of cloud-based data and AI platforms with governance and security.
• Experience designing Microsoft Fabric data and AI foundations on Azure.
• Leadership of data/AI architecture teams driving high performance and cost efficiency.
• Experience establishing data/AI standards and technical assurance processes.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and global employment regulations.
• Experience with ERP integration and migration to modern platforms; cross-system data architecture globally.
• Experience in AI/ML enablement and integration with data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; briefing executive leaders.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the target-state data architecture and Azure data/AI platform direction.
• Lead architecture decisions with IT enterprise architecture, engineering, security and vendors.
• Lead the Azure data/AI platform and architecture team and external vendors.
• Set standards and guardrails, design security and privacy compliance.
• Own integration data and AI architecture and onboarding patterns.
• Lead strategy, roadmap and debt remediation; drive tooling.
• Coach IT teams and ensure platform supports needs.
• Ensure data and AI are accessible to services and inform strategy.
