Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data, AI, Architecture, Analytics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in global data architecture and platform operations.
• Proven delivery of cloud-based data and AI platforms with governance, security and scalable analytics consumption.
• Experience designing Microsoft Fabric data and AI foundations, architecting scalable end-to-end data solutions on Azure.
• Leadership and line management of data/AI architecture and platform teams.
• UK work rights, no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state data architecture and Azure data/AI platform strategy and direction.
• Lead architecture standards, guardrails, and security/privacy including regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the Azure data and AI platform and architecture team and external vendors.
• Set platform standards and drive data onboarding patterns and integration across IT.
• Drive the data/AI roadmap, tech debt remediation, and tool implementations.
• Coach IT and analytics teams on best practices and governance.
