Job summary

Cresta in the United Kingdom is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta’s platform, collaborating with customers and our software and ML teams to deliver real-world deployments.

You will integrate agents with external systems, fine-tune prompts and configurations, and help shape product capabilities through feedback, with a focus on scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time software development/AI/ML engineering or system integration experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang; strong software engineering practices.
• Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta’s platform.
• Build AI agent integrations with external systems (APIs, CRMs, databases).
• Optimize AI agent performance and troubleshoot in enterprise environments.
• Gather requirements with customers and translate to AI solutions.
• Lead demos and proofs-of-concepts with customers; iterate based on feedback.
