Qualifikationen

• Significant software development experience across web applications, APIs, backend services or enterprise systems.
• Experience using AI coding agents as a core part of your development approach, not just a tool.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture and development best practice.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments.
• Ability to convert ambiguous challenges into structured, deliverable solutions.
• Confidence reviewing, debugging and validating code generated by AI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Curious, investigative and creative mindset with a drive to explore new technology.
• Passion for challenging traditional ways of working and enabling AI-enabled delivery.

Aufgaben

• Build and deliver software primarily through AI coding agents and emerging tools.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand problems and prioritise high-value initiatives.
• Design and develop bespoke internal applications, automations and tools.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans, user stories and technical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, driving progress and adapting priorities.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for security, scalability and production readiness.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Investigate complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Create reusable prompts, workflows and practices for AI-assisted engineering.
• Support the wider engineering function in adopting agentic ways of working.
