Qualifications

• Production AI / LLM systems at enterprise scale.
• Multi-agent architectures and orchestration.
• Experience with AWS cloud.
• Ability to influence architectural standards.
• Regulated industries experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of multi-agent AI systems for high-value use cases.
• Define approaches to context engineering, retrieval, memory, orchestration and multimodal systems.
• Build reusable capabilities: agent tools, shared engineering assets.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, production quality controls and AI governance standards.
• Lead adoption of spec-driven development using AI coding agents.
• Mentor engineers and support hiring and capability development.
