Job summary

MBN Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing AI product company to hire engineers for its London team. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to turn complex requirements into working AI agents, taking ownership from scoping through build, launch and ongoing improvement.

The work is hands-on: writing Python, building API integrations, configuring agent behaviour, testing guardrails and making deployments reliable at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with production delivery experience.
• Experience with APIs and complex software integrations.
• Excellent communication with senior technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on, customer-facing technical role experience.
• Strong engineering track record at a respected product company or strong technical academics.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex enterprise requirements into working AI agents from scoping to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Write Python, build API integrations, configure agent behaviour, test guardrails and ensure reliable deployments at scale.
• Feed customer insights back into engineering and product for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across engineering, product and commercial teams to deliver deployed solutions.
