Qualifications

• . Several years of hands-on software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript, Java or equivalent programming languages.
• . Proven experience developing applications using large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• . Hands-on experience with at least one major agentic AI ecosystem, such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph or an equivalent framework.
• . Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompting and multi-agent workflows.
• . Experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications and cloud services.
• . Strong software architecture, debugging, testing and integration skills.
• . Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI agents and multi-agent workflows
• Build AI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google and Microsoft, alongside frameworks such as LangGraph
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, cloud services and internal business systems
• Implement retrieval pipelines, automation workflows and agent orchestration
• Develop evaluation frameworks, automated testing, monitoring and production safeguards
• Troubleshoot AI model, integration, deployment and performance issues
• Own technical delivery from discovery and prototyping through production deployment
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability, security, maintainability and scalability
