Job summary

Home Hospitality Group is opening a brand-new high-end live-fire restaurant and diner at the country’s fastest driving race course in the South West. They seek an experienced AGM with a track record in large, busy venues to lead service and coach a wide team to consistently exceptional standards.

You will run daily operations, manage GP, stock, rotas and training, and work closely with the GM and Chef Owner to deliver world-class hospitality across both dining concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-level big and busy restaurants.
• Experience with GP, stock, rotas, training, HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Look after the daily running of the restaurant and running services.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with the GM and Chef Owner to drive service quality.
