Job summary

Home Hospitality Group is opening a brand-new high-end live-fire restaurant and diner on a premier South West race course, following a successful East London model. We seek an experienced Head Chef who excels in grill-driven cuisine, can lead a busy kitchen, and will shape menus for both dining concepts.

You will manage daily operations, drive quality and consistency, and collaborate closely with the Chef Owner to deliver exceptional guest experiences across both formats.

Qualifications

• Extensive head chef experience in high-volume, busy restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop the kitchen team.
• Expertise in live-fire cooking, butchery and fish prep essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, service, GP, stock and rotas.
• Lead HACCP compliance and staff training.
• Contribute menu ideas aligned with brand concept for restaurant and diner.
