Flaming Grill in Northampton (Whitehills) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team and drive sales at a busy, brand-focused pub. The role offers live-in accommodation and a path to growth within the Flaming Grill portfolio.

You will manage performance, uphold standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong control of P&L and brand compliance. A personal license is desirable or can be pursued.

Qualificações

• Experience as General Manager or in hospitality leadership.
• Ability to obtain a Personal License if required.
• Strong English communication throughout the team and with customers.
