Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is recruiting a Senior Delivery Manager for a permanent role in the UK. You will lead on multi-project delivery, support recruitment, and provide line management for Delivery Managers across client portfolios, while engaging with sales and SoW processes.

You will champion agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring value delivery and safe, inclusive team environments across varied government projects.

Qualifications

Experience delivering user-centred digital services in the public sector.
Knowledge of public sector standards, such as the Service Standard.
Experience line-managing delivery managers and junior staff.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on senior delivery management across multiple client projects.
Support recruitment of permanent and contract Delivery Managers.
Provide line management for junior and graduate Delivery Managers.
Support sales/pre-sales and bid processes.
Work with stakeholders to agree SoWs and team shape.
Deliver excellent client service at portfolio level; guide teams.
