Job summary

Version 1 in Birmingham seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex tech projects end-to-end. You will build and mature customer relationships, drive agile or hybrid delivery, manage scope, budgets, and risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders including executives. The role offers flexible/remote working and a strong path for career development within a supportive, award-winning employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
• Led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
• Coached teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical.
• Agile & Project Management expertise.
• Facilitated all Agile ceremonies adapting to team needs.
• Experienced with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization.
• Scaled Agile practices across multiple workstreams.
• Managed dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints.
• Backlog management, user story refinement, acceptance criteria definition.
• Improved team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps for Agile reporting.

Responsibilities

• Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers.

• Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality.

• Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting.
