Job summary

Tech Holding in London is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex technology initiatives under a contract arrangement. You will define scope, governance, and delivery plans, working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–6 years of hands-on PM experience, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. Remote UK work supported; office may be available.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology projects on time.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Stand up projects end-to-end with defined scope, objectives and governance.
• Create and maintain charter, RAID, decision log and integrated plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors and operations.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones and risks.
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies with options for leadership.
• Provide concise executive reporting on delivery status and business impact.
• Ensure alignment to strategy, budget and roadmap; transition to operations post-launch.
