Job summary

Version 1 in Belfast, UK, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead technical project delivery in Agile and hybrid environments. You will build lasting relationships with customers, drive projects on time and budget, and ensure high-quality outcomes through strong governance and risk management.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, coordinate cross-team sprints, and report progress to stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
• Led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
• Coached teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Agile metrics and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers.
• Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities.
• Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality.
• Stakeholder engagement and management.
• Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting.
• Duties including project scope, detailed work-plans, RAID analysis, governance and risk management.
