Version 1 is recruiting a Delivery Manager to lead technology and transformation projects in a fast-paced environment. You will steer Agile or Hybrid initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery against budget and quality targets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with C-level stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and shaping delivery governance. Flexible/remote working options are available within the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project delivery.
• Led end-to-end Agile projects.
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
• Coached teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Experience with GDS and Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.
• Able to influence without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers
• Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities
• Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting
• Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management
