Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Contract Senior Delivery Manager for Public Sector projects in the UK. The role focuses on building relationships with new customers, delivering on-time and on-budget outcomes, and driving Agile or Hybrid delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will routinely engage with stakeholders, run delivery review meetings and manage project scope, RAID, governance and risk management. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Agile methods, facilitates ceremonies, coaches

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
Successfully led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers.
Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities.
Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality.
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting.
Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management.
