Version 1 in Manchester is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects in Agile environments. You will build strong relationships with customers, drive delivery on time and budget, and ensure governance and risk management across multiple workstreams.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to deliver high-quality digital transformation initiatives. Hybrid/remote options are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
• Led complex technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature relationships with new customers.
• Drive Agile or Hybrid projects on time and budget.
• Manage stakeholders and governance.
• Deliver weekly delivery assurance meetings.
• Handle project scope, RAID, and risk management.
