Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage large-scale digital projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with SAFe Agile principles and UCL's strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and articulate robust lean business cases, clearly outlining financial, operational, and strategic benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
  3. Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior Estates management, operational teams, and technical staff, fostering effective communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
  4. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  5. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues proactively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies and incorporate solutions into sprint priorities.
  6. Manage financial aspects, including forecasting, cost control, and budget alignment with strategic priorities.
  7. Provide strategic project reporting and governance, delivering data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and portfolio leadership, ensuring alignment with the portfolio roadmap.
  8. Promote a high-performing Agile culture, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams.

This role requires a proactive leader with a strong project management background, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of delivering successful digital projects within an Agile environment.
