About The Team
The role would be part of a 9 person team but is uniquely positioned to work with a broad range of departments across the business on a day to day basis. The Elite Client & Sponsorship team is responsible for the management and delivery of revenue generating products across the MWC and M360 events portfolio.
Working closely with the Sales Team, Heads of Events and delivery teams, the team will ensure client satisfaction across current products and programmes and turn new concepts and into viable and continuous revenue generating activities. The team works proactively to help customers gain the most value from their investment by establishing long term relationships and acting as trusted advisors.
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sponsorship Delivery Manager to lead the execution and fulfilment of sponsorship agreements across our events portfolio. This role will work on two or three of our events and will be part of a 9 person global team. The role is uniquely positioned to work with a broad range of departments across the business on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sponsorship Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all sponsorship rights and obligations, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key sponsors, maintaining exceptional communication and fostering trust and satisfaction
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, events, digital, content, legal, and finance teams to ensure sponsorship elements are integrated into wider business operations
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, provide guidance on project management best practices, and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sponsorship performance using KPIs, ROI metrics, and post-campaign analysis. Prepare presentations and reports for both internal stakeholders and sponsors
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to sponsorship strategies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, innovation, and partner value
- Ability to travel internationally for event delivery
About You
- Demonstrable experience in sponsorship management, partnership marketing, brand activations, or related fields, preferably in an events environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and client service skills, with the ability to manage high-profile relationships
- A can-do attitude and great team player who foster great relationships both internal and external
- Strong project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand and interpret sponsorship contracts and deliverables
- Confident communicator with outstanding presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple concurrent priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Teams and Asana)
