About the job

This role of Technical Team Lead involves leading a team of developers working on our AI Platform as a Service. It requires hands-on leadership and coordination with product and project managers to meet development goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Backend and Frontend developers, ensuring adherence to standards and excellence.
• Design and implement scalable, secure AI-driven applications using modern JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and oversee sprint planning.
• Provide technical leadership in developing P2P applications, ensuring data synchronization and network resilience.
• Conduct code and architectural reviews, optimize for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with AI trends, integrating advancements into products.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 6+ years in JS development, experience with AI/ML, and leadership skills. Experience with P2P or distributed systems is desirable.
