Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a Senior Service Consultant for our Loughborough site. You will deliver exceptional aftersales support, manage customer enquiries, and coordinate workshop loading to maximise efficiency.

A focus on quality communication and customer satisfaction is essential. The role requires previous experience in a similar environment, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Experience of a busy, fast paced office environment.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a positive can do attitude.
• The ability to calm and manage difficult situations.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to demonstrate a methodical approach to your workload.
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• An enthusiastic, team player mentality.

Responsabilités

• Provide a high standard of courtesy and integrity when dealing with customers and the public.
• Explain repairs, costs, timescales and required work clearly to customers.
• Communicate progress updates via in person, phone, text or email.
• Explain VHC (Visual Health Check) as part of care and safety.
• Provide accurate information and highlight benefits of Pentagon services.
• Keep customers informed of progress and handover with clear explanations of work completed.
