Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group are seeking an Aftersales Manager for the Scunthorpe site. You will lead a busy Aftersales team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage resources to maximise profitability while building lasting customer relationships.

You will oversee stock and parts levels, plan workloads, and work with other departments to deliver a high-performance service experience. The role runs Monday to Friday with Saturdays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aftersales within Retail Motor Industry.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and organisation.
• Driven to achieve targets and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Allocate Aftersales resources cost-effectively within budgetary guidelines.
• Assess Parts stock levels and optimise stock control.
• Achieve profit objectives within a defined time frame.
• Develop long-term plans to grow the business and implement promotions.
• Plan and promote marketing events and promotions.
• Review monthly sales and profit with other department managers.
