Pentagon Motor Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Motor Trade Sales professional to join their Lincoln dealership as Sales Manager. The role demands strong senior sales capability, financial product knowledge and a proven track record in exceeding customer expectations.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a 45-hour week with Sundays off as part of the sales rota. You will lead by example and drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous senior sales experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in products & finance sales.
• Background in exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify funding and insurance options for customers to meet profitability targets.
• Maintain strong customer focus and professional communication.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
• Qualify customer demands to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Log activity to monitor performance and provide feedback to management.
• Monitor finance/insurance performance against budget and address gaps.
