Marshall OMODA JAECOO Gatwick is seeking a Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our premium brand dealership. You will manage customer journeys from booking to service completion, acting as the bridge between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth, high‑quality service experiences.

We offer a competitive package including a £33,741 base salary with £44,500 OTE, 25 days plus bank holidays, life assurance, a contributory pension, employee discounts, and extensive training and career development

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service or Parts Advisor is preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Organised and able to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture customer relationships from booking through service completion.
• Support and train new Service department teammates to meet KPIs.
• Handle complex customer issues professionally and coordinate with management for solutions.
• Complete all administration accurately, maintaining high Marshall customer-care standards.
