Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a Service Advisor to deliver premium customer service and manage the flow of information between workshop and customer. You will handle customer communications, identify service needs, and obtain agreement on work and timings.

Prospective candidates should have strong communication skills, at least 1 year of service advisory experience, and be capable of working independently or as part of a proactive team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions on behalf of the dealership.
