Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years engineering experience in manufacturing/defense.
• Experience coordinating failure investigations and providing after-market support.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting guidance and fault finding to end users.
• Coordinate investigation activities across engineering functions including safety assessments.
• Lead Emergency Failure Review Board activities to triage evolving situations.
• Input and manage schedule and cost planning; maintain customer and supplier relationships.
• Support continuous improvement and communicate project needs across teams.
