Job summary

Eaton's Mission Systems Division (MSD) is seeking a Lead Engineer to plan, lead and coordinate a team of engineers delivering strategic AAR and actuation systems. You will manage technical investigations, maintenance updates, and publications, while ensuring project objectives and compliance with processes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering with 5+ years in engineering, and proven leadership in manufacturing or aerospace environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver engineering projects on time, within quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate tasks and escalate issues through the governance structure.
• Act as point of escalation for questions or decisions.
• Ensure technical, schedule and cost adherence for allocated projects.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Integrate a wider multi-function engineering team to achieve program goals.
