Job summary

Eaton Group's Wimborne site seeks an AAR Programme & Aftermarket Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams across Lifetime Support and OE POD delivery for AAR platforms including A330, A400M, KC390, KC46 and legacy assets.

You will drive growth aligned with the 5-year plan, oversee major bids, spare parts, repairs, training and retrofits, and ensure performance against KPIs while communicating with senior customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified to deliver CAT 1 Projects and Programmes.
• Degree plus comprehensive experience managing projects through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AAR Lifetime Support IPTs and Programme delivery.
• Deliver against portfolio financial targets for revenue and gross margin.
• Set and execute growth strategy in line with 5YP and annual Profit Plan.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure PPM best practice, planning, resourcing and financial control.
