Eaton – Mission Systems Division (MSD) is a leading provider of hose and drogue Air-to-Air Refuelling and actuation systems. The Lead Engineer will plan, lead and coordinate a team of engineers to deliver projects to scope, time and cost while maintaining customer commitments and technical excellence.

The role requires delivering strategic support services, managing investigations and publications, and building strong customer relationships across multiple AAR systems.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in Engineering field.
• Experience leading engineers on technical projects in a manufacturing/defence aerospace context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across varied audiences.

Aufgaben

• Plan, lead and coordinate activities of a team of engineers to deliver projects on time, within quality and cost targets.
• Act as technical lead for strategic support services, including investigations, maintenance updates and technical publications.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and communicate progress and risks clearly.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet program goals.
