Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead affordable housing development in the Scottish Borders. You will oversee the pre-contract development lifecycle for new-build and major refurbishment, coordinating feasibility, planning, funding, procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement and governance.
