Job summary

Peace Recruitment Group Ltd is working with a large housing association based west of Glasgow to recruit an experienced development professional at the early stages of a new build programme.

The role offers flexibility to appoint at Officer, Manager or Consultant level, with hybrid working, and the option for full-time or part-time hours. There is scope to contribute to the asset management team alongside development work and a long-term contract for the right candidate.

Development Officer / Manager / Consultant
West of Glasgow | £25-£40 per hour (DOE) | Long-term contract

Peace Recruitment is working with a large housing association based west of Glasgow to recruit an experienced development professional at the early stages of a new build programme.

The association is open to appointing at Officer, Manager or Consultant level, with flexibility to shape the role around your experience. Full-time and part-time applicants will be considered, and there is scope to contribute to the asset management team alongside development work.

This is an opportunity to get involved early in a build programme and help shape its delivery, with a long-term contract available for the right person.

The role offers:

• £25-£40 per hour, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of the association's new build programme.

About you:

Experience in a similar housing development role is essential, as is direct experience of dealing with Scottish Government grants for housing development.

You’ll bring strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and help move a developing programme forward. Asset management experience would also be welcome
