Job summary

Larwoodhealthpartnership in Worksop, Nottinghamshire is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team. You will report into the Practice Manager and lead Clinical Leads and the Clinical Practitioner Team to deliver high-quality patient care across our three sites.

The role covers medicines management, chronic disease care, wound management, travel health, immunisations and cervical cytology, with flexible clinical

Qualifications

• Must hold professional clinical registration with a relevant regulator.
• Non-medical prescribing qualification or understanding is desirable.
• Proven leadership and experience managing a team.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to multitask.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, positive, and proactive Clinical Manager to join our “Outstanding” CQC-rated practice.

We are a forward-thinking, well-established SystmOnepractice that embraces innovation to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. You will be joining a strong management structure, working alongside our, Practice Manager, HR Manager, Estates Manager, and Business Manager, all supported by the Partners and an excellent team of clinical and administrative staff.

About the Role:

As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to our multidisciplinary team. You will have direct line management responsibility for:

• Clinical Leads
• Clinical Practitioner Team

Your role will include:

• Managing the delivery of effective and efficient healthcare, including medicines management, chronic disease management, wound care, travel health, child immunisation, and cervical cytology.
• Providing clinical sessions in an area of interest.
• Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

About You:

• Professional clinical qualification and registration (e.g., Nurse, Pharmacist).
• Non-medical prescribing qualification (or understanding of it to support colleagues)
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.
