Job summary

OneMedical Group's The Light Surgery in Leeds is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to assess, diagnose and manage patients with autonomy in primary care. You will work alongside GPs, practice nurses and other professionals, delivering safe, evidence-based care and contributing to service development.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, advanced clinical assessment and prescribing, within a forward-thinking, supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Hold current NMC/HCPC or GPhC registration with no restrictions.
  • Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (Level 7, 180 credits) or equivalent Level 7 ACP qualifications.
  • Be a qualified Independent Prescriber and have experience as an ACP in primary care.

Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) | The Light Surgery, Leeds | 20 Hours per Week (0.5 WTE),

  • Independently assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients within your scope of practice.
  • Make autonomous clinical decisions using advanced assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Prescribe safely and effectively as an Independent Prescriber.

You'll independently assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with a wide range of primary care needs, making autonomous clinical decisions and providing safe, evidence-based care. Working alongside experienced GPs, Practice Nurses, Wellbeing Advisors, Clinical Coders and other healthcare professionals, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care to our diverse patient population.

  • Hold current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration with no restrictions.

  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum WTE (dependent on experience)
