We are seeking an exceptional Administrator to join our established SEND Department. This is a key operational role, working closely with the SENDCo and Assistant SENDCo to ensure that SEND systems, processes, funding and statutory administration are managed accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, confident with financial information and able to manage a varied and demanding workload. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise professionally with parents, staff, external professionals and Local Authorities.

Previous experience of working within SEND, education, Local Authority services or another regulated environment would be an advantage. Knowledge of EHCP processes, SEND funding and relevant legislation is desirable but not essential, as training and support can be provided. However, the successful candidate must be willing and able to develop this specialist knowledge quickly.
