Job summary

Spire Workplace Health, part of the Spire Healthcare Group, is looking for a Senior Administrator to join the Operations team on a fixed-term basis. You will support the Referrals team, act as a senior point of contact, and deputise for Operations Leads when needed.

You will mentor colleagues and manage escalated queries to ensure high-quality service across the UK. The role requires excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, with a collaborative team focused on delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Recent administrative/customer-service experience.
• Confidence communicating in written and verbal form.
• Experience managing your own workload and others.
• Knowledge of administration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior guidance within the Referrals team and administration function.
